Der LötschenCareBot ist ein wissenschaftliches Pilotprojekt der HES-SO Valais-Wallis. Er unterstützt betreuende und pflegende Angehörige bei organisatorischen, administrativen und finanziellen Fragen rund um die Betreuung – etwa zu Entlastungsangeboten, Anlaufstellen, Finanzierung und behördlichen Abläufen. Er erteilt keine medizinische oder gesundheitliche Beratung.
Nach einer ersten Pilotphase befindet sich das Projekt aktuell in einer planmässigen Evaluations- und Konsolidierungsphase, in der Architektur, Governance und Antwortqualität systematisch überprüft und weiterentwickelt werden. Der Dienst ist während dieser Phase vorübergehend nicht öffentlich verfügbar – Teil eines verantwortungsvollen, iterativen Forschungsprozesses.
Le LötschenCareBot est un projet pilote scientifique de la HES-SO Valais-Wallis. Il accompagne les proches aidant·es dans leurs questions organisationnelles, administratives et financières liées à l'accompagnement – par exemple concernant les offres de relève, les points de contact, le financement et les démarches administratives. Il ne fournit aucun conseil médical ou de santé.
Après une première phase pilote, le projet se trouve actuellement dans une phase d'évaluation et de consolidation planifiée, durant laquelle l'architecture, la gouvernance et la qualité des réponses sont systématiquement revues et améliorées. Le service est temporairement indisponible au public durant cette phase, dans une démarche de recherche responsable et itérative.
